Feelings of brokenness, shame and inadequacy are about the very foundation of who we believe we are. Basically, we feel that something is wrong with us.
But this fundamentally wrong belief is also where we have the opportunity to heal ourselves. These feelings are the symptoms of a healing crisis. Something inside has cracked and healing is about to happen.
Let’s say you have an infection and you take some remedies. After two or three days you start to feel sick. Why is that? The remedies have dealt with the infection. Now your body deals with the toxins and dead pathogens.
Your body is temporarily overloaded, and that’s why you feel sick. This temporary sickness is, in fact, a sign that the treatment has succeeded, even if it doesn’t feel that way.
In the same way, you first have to bring whatever is feels wrong, repressed or unacceptable about yourself to the surface, so you can deal with it. If you want to heal, there is no other way around. You have to face the pain.
What happens if you don’t deal with the pain?
If you bury these feelings inside, if you keep them away from your awareness, you start to dissociate from a part of yourself.
With time, all these things that are not acceptable will grow stronger. They will create a new identity, your shadow. Soon, without even realising, there will be two of you: the Acceptable You and the Unacceptable You.
There are two identities sharing the same body, but not communicating with each other. At best, they will ignore each other. At worst, they will start to fight. There can be only one of you, right? This is what physical, emotional and spiritual sickness is. A split, followed by a conflict between two ‘foreign’ entities.
Yes, you can take remedies and try to kill the ‘enemy’. But because you created that enemy in the first place, it’s only a matter of time until you create it again.
The dis-ease comes back because that which you are trying to kill with pills, fasting or other treatments is a part of YOU.
When we go through pain, we need to accept that pain is part of us, and indirectly, we accept that part of us we were trying to hide. That’s how we heal.
I’m not saying that pills, exercise, or healthy food are not good for you and are not contributing to heal you. But if you have an illness, then trying to ‘cure’ what is ‘wrong’ with you, trying to ‘fight’ the enemy is not going to work.
The only way to heal from an illness is to accept yourself fully.
I encourage you to look out for your physical symptoms and your shadow aspects, and be open to learn what you need to do to bring these aspects into a unified whole and to acknowledge your genius.
When you feel shame, guilt, or inadequacy, ask yourself: which part of myself I am trying to hide, or to ‘fix’? That’s exactly that part of you that you must learn to accept.
When you search for integration move inwards. Become your own medicine!
We usually look for answers outside. We go to the doctor, to the shaman, to the spiritual guru, to the coach or we travel to faraway places.
When you start to look for answers inside you become your own medicine.
Bring all of your broken parts together, including those you are ashamed of the most. Make peace with ‘the enemy’, which are your ‘shadow aspects’.
Accept yourself fully. When you own your brokenness, your shame and your inadequacy, this is when you become whole, this is when you heal.

Awakening to the Presence of Being and Knowing
The best service you can render to humanity is to recognise the true nature of your being.
Self Inquiry is one of the most important aspects of personal growth and to reaching your full potential. It doesn’t have to be a lonely enterprise, but an exchange between people.
The most important question you may ask yourself is: Who AM I?
And to avoid misunderstandings; I don't mean the different roles you play in your everyday life, such as husband, wife, father, mother, son, daughter, employee, self-employed, alternative practitioner, doctor or entrepreneur.
Also I do not mean your identification with nationalities, religions or cultures, but who you really are in your true essence independent of all these programming?
You are now probably wondering why it should be so important to know ?
Well, maybe you experience a lot of frustration in your life or even feel a deep dissatisfaction with your current life or circumstances? (Of course there are also positive exceptions!!)
Or do you feel more and more powerless due to the economic and political events and conditions in your country and as a result more and more as a victim of circumstances?
Maybe you are plagued by money worries, various health problems or fears about the future?
If yes, then let me say to you in all clarity that all these adverse circumstances have at the core a common denominator:
You are currently on the threshold of your individual awakening. An awakening from the limitations of your previous 4 dimensional world of conception and perception.
Because fact is:
The problem is not the individual circumstances of life, no matter how bad they may seem at first glance, but your own consideration and evaluation of these circumstances with your limited perception of the world in connection with a false conception and limiting beliefs and values.
For the truth is:
If you have only very limited or even wrong information about the laws of life and the world at your disposal, then you can only make wrong decisions based on this information and, derived from it, only perform wrong actions and, as a result, only achieve wrong results in life.
Sounds logical, doesn't it?
The key to a fulfilled, happy and successful life can therefore only be found within yourself, your REAL SELF.
This in turn also means that you should first recognise and experience WHO YOU REALLY ARE. Herein lies your freedom.

Dare to think for yourself, to live a conscious, self-determined and sovereign life.
In this sense, I am ready to meet you in conversation and to engage with you and your questions with my experience and knowledge as an individual. I am not someone who knows in advance how to lead a life properly, what is healthy, how to think and what makes sense.
We are lead to believe that the way we lead our lives or the meaning of our being is something given or can be deduced conclusively from a system of thoughts, yet every human being has to explore meaning and purpose for himself.
In the restlessness of our world, it seems that taking time to explore the meaning and purpose of one’s life is a luxury. One’s time is usually taken entirely up for ‘earning a living’, which is a pathetic paradox, to say the least.
I so often witness a desperate rush to find meaning and purpose only when life has become existentially precarious.
The approach to self-awareness or insight into our circumstances by oneself can be challenging. Self-awareness doesn’t have to be a lonely enterprise, but an exchange between people.
Our conversation is not about problem solving. The goal of our encounter is a good conversation and it can be the prerequisite for any further success.
A successful conversation does not change the situation of things, but their meaning changes fundamentally with the type of contemplation.
With the perspective, with the look at it, things change, even rebellious circumstances do not withstand the thought.
