Any form of perception is an illusion, an appearance and sometimes even a hallucination. Escaping the perceptual illusion is even more than escaping that appearance, it means becoming aware of our underlying assumptions about the nature of reality. Only then can we transcend misperception and re-vision the very nature of reality.
The main assumption of the perceptual illusion, that which encompasses all of the underlying assumptions, is the assumption of duality.
The seperate mind assumes beginning and end, inside and outside, creator and creation, here and there, moving and still, separation and connection, even existence and nonexistence and countless other forms of perceived dualities. All of the contents of the perceptual illusion cements the assumption that reality is dual.
We are mostly unaware of this main assumption, yet it inescapably taints our conception of reality.

Letting go means to free oneself from all entanglements with situations, people or material things, which we control, or better where we have to control ourselves.
Control is the antithesis of letting go!

Letting go needs confidence! With confidence you can trust that everything that belongs to you remains and only what actually burdens and blocks you goes!
We are able to basically let go of everything. Either we are free from what we have let go or it comes back to us healthy through the letting go process.
Letting go comes from the heart and gives us freedom and this freedom makes us move more easily and dynamically again - whereas control comes from the head and makes us rigid and immobile. The head becomes free and clear and we can again perceive the messages of our soul and use them for our way of life.
Letting go frees the head and the heart begins to feel again.
By letting go the energy in the body can flow freely again and everything can be healed. We become free to fulfil our soul’s mission.
Thus it becomes possible for ourselves to recognise and master our true tasks. We may make clear to ourselves (our thinking head) again and again that everything that is connected in love remains connected and we never need to be afraid to lose it and therefore we do not need to control it.
Letting go enables boundless connections on all levels and opens the way to recognise our true identity! If we let go of everything in and around us that is not serving us anymore, we will perceive feelings and strengths in us that were not noticeable until now, because our control blocked everything.
The energy for the ‘control mechanism’ suddenly becomes free and can be used to fulfil our tasks! By letting go we are reminded again to believe in our dreams and visions and to turn them into reality.
Letting go opens up an infinite vision of boundless facetted possibilities, opportunities and golden opportunities in our lives!
I let go of all that is blocking me, happiness and joy are given to me now!
Go through your home and consciously look at all the things and objects that surround you. What makes you really happy? What do you really need? What are you attached to from memory, thinking or sentimentality? What could you part with? Who could you give great pleasure by giving away one thing or another?
At the same time make yourself aware that you are only visiting here on this planet and have borrowed all these ‘toys’ in your game of life.
Also all people are only play partners in this game! Those that you need for your game stay with you and those that prevent you from strategically playing may leave!
You cannot take ANYTHING and ANYBODY with you when you leave this earth! Everything you accumulate, take care of and organise, do you really need it?
Who or what do I control in my life? Is it hard for me to separate myself from old things? Do I need these things to be happy? What interpersonal contacts do I maintain out of a sense of duty and habit? Who or what do I not part with due to security thinking?
Mindfulness is a simple and profound practice of being totally present, here and now.
Mindfulness means paying attention to your experience, in the present moment, without judgement or resistance.
Mindfulness can include the practice of contemplation and meditation.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is possible at this moment and at any and every moment all day long. In essence it is the practice of becoming deeply aware of your experiences you as they unfold as opposed to drifting through your day and your life totally unaware and on autopilot.
What is Meditation?
Meditation, on the other hand, is the dedicated daily practice of sitting quietly and either noticing your breath, using a mantra, a loving-kindness, guided or any one of the myriad meditations available to quiet your internal dialog such that you reconnect with the quiet centre of your being.
What is Contemplation?
Contemplation is a kind of deep thinking, which tends to be a more modern understanding of the word. The very purpose of the contemplation is to turn your attention inwards and make your life a centring experiment in order to first discover and then embrace your true higher purpose in life.
Mindfulness opens the Path of Self-Recognition, Self-Awareness and Self-Reliance.
Self-Recognition means closing the gap between who you think you are and who you really are, being yourself and eliminating resistance in your life.
Over time and with regular practice, many people find that mindfulness can assist to experience less stress, anxiety and worry as well as greater happiness more self-acceptance.
You still experience difficult thoughts and feelings, but you have a greater capacity to be with them, rather than be trapped by them.
Practicing mindfulness triggers a relaxation response causing your blood pressure to drop, your breathing to slow and deepen and you relax.
Your life unfolds from your sense of self and how you see the world. The more aligned you are between who you think you are and WHO YOU REALLY ARE, the more your life unfolds in alignment with your AUTHENTIC NATURE.
As you regularly practice mindfulness, our brain gets ‘rewired’ as new neural pathways are formed, making it easier to experience this relaxation.
With the increased self-awareness that occurs with long term mindfulness practice, people are able to make decisions that are better for them, rather than reactive decisions based on anger, fear or stress.
Decisions are increasingly based on a mindful response rather than an emotional reaction!
